"Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. "

"Super clean and private cabins! Really liked how we could come and go from our own private area. I loved how much space we had in the 1 bedroom cabin including the full kitchen. The only downside is the shower as it’s tiny (like 3ft x 3ft). There were free-to-use kayaks by the lake. The swimming pool and game room were a great bonus and they had dvds free to borrow. Will definitely be coming again!"

"Fine hotel, although checkin staff were not very friendly or responsive. In the morning no hot water in the shower, which they just shrugged off when I told them. Breakfast is fine, rooms are clean and comfortable. With hot water it would have been nice!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. "The room was exceptionally clean. I used to be a professional cleaner so I have high standards to cleanliness. The staff were so nice and were willing to help if you had any questions. The kitchen was great! I have many dietary issues and having a fully working kitchen was amazing and well stocked with dishes.The view was amazing as well. My husband and I are planning our next trip and are excited to stay at Smugglers Notch again!"
