"When we arrived the cabin was not what was pictured on line. The key box was open with no key. We drove around and found what was pictured but no key. We called the phone number and the operator said maintenance would be there in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later no maintenance. We had driven more than 5 hours with two small children called back the operator said the last person using the cabin took the key, the only place available would sleep 4 2 double beds. We had reserved a 2 bedroom...

"Staff was very nice, for a newer hotel inside run down. Sofa in room.was very stained, duct tape holding carpet down as you walked in room. Carpet coming up around ac unit. Bed was clean shower was clean. Location was good."

The hotel was extremely busy and it didn't matter as she provided assistance on numerous occasions and was so pleasant and professional The entire staff was so accommodating and the breakfast was delicious Rooms extremely clean and smelled so nice."

"Dead cockroaches on the floor and one crawling on the wall and spiders had a good village on the wall . But the mane thing is came back to our room and the room door was open 3 times. All you had to do was push on the door and it would pop open . Had to carry all our valuables with us. Thank god the dead bolt worked when you were in the room. Did not feel very safe. We have stayed there several times. Not again ."
