"Room needed a better set up. Quite noisy in the morning, kids jumping off the bed and running around at 6 am from the room directly above me. Forced to get up early, from noise."

"The shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted in the shower were empty! The thermostat was it working in our room! There were homeless people hanging out at the side entrance we used to get to our room! I will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone!"

"Billing was incorrect and has not been corrected as of July 5. Expedia charge was for a total of room plus fees/taxes, and Parkwood charged fees/taxes on top of that Expedia total."

"Easy to get to. Staff was just fine. I had no need outside of check in. The gentleman who checked me in was a little snobby. Didn’t use any of the amenities so I can’t comment on those. Room was clean. The desk in the room looked like it was about to collapse. Dated and needs some repairs. Parking is almost all paid. $10 a night covered or open air. Sucks but is what it is. It’s not gated so kids do hot rod around in it. Breakfast is NOT included. $17 buffet. Can’t imagine a...

"Clean nice breakfast quiet"

"Good ice machine. It didn't have a coffee pot in the room or microwave. There wasn't a single plastic cup in the room so you could get a drink of water."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean too they just need to wipe walls as they were dirty and there were buggers on the wall. The breakfast was okay they had sausage, biscuits and other items. Overall I would stay here again."

"The property was undergoing renovations, but still managed to be clean. Al of the amenities were still accessible. Our double queen room was very spacious. Overall it was a pleasant experience that made our weekend trip much more delightful."

"The room was in very good condition. It looks as though it had been redone. However, parts not replaced showed wear. Rust on towel holder, drawers and doors on cabinet did not close. The outside looked dated too with chipping paint and rust on metal. Overall, however, it was a nice hotel."

"For $130, I would expect the room to be clean. Bathroom had alot of water damage under the sink on the wall same for around the bath. Sink faucet moved completly over when we turned it on and off. Breakfast was ok, but bread products were definitely not fresh."

"The staff (night clerk) was very cordial and well mannered. He even dug out a charging cord for my old flip phone that I had unintentionally left at home and also computed a map to a friend's address in Manhattan so I could find his home."
