"Location was great, rooms were clean and the staff was friendly! The breakfast could have been better - no burners to keep any of the hot food warm so it was all cold. Eggs, sausage, etc. Otherwise, offered a lot of bakery options and other items."

"If you love the sound of train horns blaring at close proximity all night long every half hour or so, then this place is for you! The awful sleep is enough to rank this super low. The pond and inflatable wibit are a hit with the kids though, and the private cabins are clean enough and air conditioned. Hotels.com should have listed up front before booking that you must BRING YOUR OWN LINENS. We were lucky that we had some random sleeping bags and pillows with us or we would have had to buy...

Large variety for breakfast and the breakfast areas and common use areas were very clean. Our room was clean and when our tv wouldn't work the person who fixed it was prompt and very friendly."

"This is a solid 3 out of 5 stars. The pool and whirlpool is nice to have but we didn't use them. The pool room is very basic and not particularly inviting. The workout room and breakfast area are also fairly small and basic. Breakfast is the the standard fare of make your own waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage, and biscuits & gravy. My bed was squeaky and noisy as all heck."

"Really unique hotel and rooms. We were in Room 101 which is 1 king bed in a bedroom with a door that closes and 1 double-bed sofa sleeper in the living room. The wet bar area was very cute, had a dorm-room sized refg/freezer combo, microwave and coffee maker and had a high-top table and two chairs adjacent in its own nook. The living room was spacious as well -- the sofa bed plus 1 oversized comfortable chair for TV-watching. A big surprise in Room 101 was the jetted whirlpool tub in a nook...

"It’s was a great place to stay while touring the college. There is a wonderful pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good. Our room was clean as was the hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Unfortunately after checking in, discovered a bed bug and contacted Expedia for refund as there was no way we were staying there. The front office was already closed and Expedia hasn’t been able to get ahold of the hotel to get my money refunded. It’s been almost a week and no update on status. I wanted to support since it’s a veteran owned business but service response has been terrible and the cleanliness was less than desired."
