"Room was clean and everything was in good condition. They only do housekeeping on a limited day schedule so it's good to be aware of that. We asked for a change of towels and that was promptly taken care of. Yes, they serve breakfast and it's the usual for these kind of places. We're not a fan but managed to find something to have. "Walkable to restaurants. Friendly staff. Cookies in the afternoon!"

"We had a non- smoking room that smelled like smoke. There was still ashes on the bed nightstand. I told the front desk to make sure we would not be charged a cleaning fee and they did not seem to care. Room looked nothing like it did in the pictures and is in need of updating and repairs. "Very quiet"

"The room was clean and well serviced."

"Room needs updating Carpet was old & worn, curtains old & torn. Furniture was old & worn. One lamp didn't work. Bed was clean & comfortable. Front desk staff was nice. Caroline's restaurant was good & staff was nice."

"Lots of road noise, hwy is really close and the walls are very thin you can hear every large truck"

"Third floor ice machine was noisy. Elevator bell is too way too loud can be heard down the whole floor. Still best hotel in Prairie du chien. Will stay again."

"Clean and tastefully decorated. Beautiful view with comfortable gliders to sit outside. Comfortable bed. Nice Fall decorating touches in the room. Minor suggestions: Hooks or someplace to hang jackets. Also, Shower gel and hand soap were both almost empty making it difficult to get some out of the containers. Excellent stay."

"Thank you!"

"Overall ok stay. Do not book the suite rooms. Basically took out shower and installed tub w jets and shower head as replacement. Also did not have functioning hot tub on this visit."
