"Inspite of that We checked in late, they did not clean our bedroom upon arrival, there were hairs all over the bathroom sink, dirty toilet seat, brown-looking stained sheets and the carpet was visibly not vaccumed , it was a very disappointing experience. We called front desk for a refund but they gave us another room upstairs that was more decent . "

"First room. I or the desk person had no idea on how to operate the tv in the room or what app to use to watch tv. 2nd room. Toilet was not bolted to the floor. Hair in the tub and sink. No phone cord connected. The tv got 6 channels all of them 1 hour behind actual time. No new channels all old ones. So much noise sounded like a gym in the hallway, i had to yell at the people out there. ice machine on 2nd floor did not work. No bathroom exhaust fan. Tv remote had no battery cover. The waffles are the best. We would defintely stay at this hotel the next time we are in Ashland visiting family."
