"The staff were very inviting and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great weekend. I got a firm pressure massage and it was amazing, the masseuse was very kind and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The dinner was fantastic and the server was very friendly and attentive to us. The room was very nice and the fireplace was a very nice touch. "The resort is lovely. The luxury suite garden view (Somer Suite) was very comfortable and the jacuzzi bath is nice and big and very relaxing. The only downside was that the room is over the restaurant and smelled like fried food all night and like bacon in the morning.
The lake is gorgeous. The kayaks and canoes were no longer available due to the season.
Overall, a nice spot."

"The room was dark and dingy and had pluming issues , not only are room but the entire resort to bad because the resort has a nice beech and beautiful view of the lake . I would have to say the rooms are tired and in need of an up date . Hey that's just my opinion but I have to say I've been there 4 times I guess it's the views and the call of the loons that get me every time ."
