"Older hotel that could use updating. Staff were lovely. However, the mattress was not only too soft ( poor back support), but uneven/lumpy. Pillows were hard and lumpy.
Restaurant staff were very nice. The food…not so much."

"Great location close to waterfront and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean, uncluttered and industrial decor. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. There is a bar in the lobby and seems to be a popular place. Food invthe restaurant was very good too. Really enjoyed our stay."

"Currently expecting Expedia to refund our money. We stayed for only about half an hour before giving our keys back to the front desk and stating our expectation of a refund . The room literally had NO WINDOWS BUT THERE WERE CURTAINS OVER DRYWALL WHERE THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN WINDOWS!!! THE RECEPTIONIST HAD NO ALTERNATE ROOM TO OFFER. .COMPLETELY UNSAFE."
