"The elevator was not working. The staff were really kind and accommodating which is the ONLY positive thing I have to say about the property. The room was sticky and hot and never fully cooled down the entire 2 night stay. There’s a window ac unit and it just blew regular(non cooled) air the whole time. For the price it was ridiculous and I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. "

"I am not sure of the business-friendly, however, I was on the ground floor. When I walked out the door I saw a series of discarded lamps, the curtains did not close adequately, and the room had the odor of pets. I also received several bite marks on my legs and arms. The air conditioning unit made noises when turning off, and the room not only had a dog smell, but an odor that irritated my eyes and nose. I was a female and was placed on the ground floor at the end. I felt very unsafe. "

"This place is absolute trash. It’s in a sketchy area, the deadbolt on the door wouldn’t latch, and the chain on the door was ripped off. Not safe to say the least. Room itself was beat up and minimal. We asked for a refund and were refused. So we left and stayed at a Hampton inn 20 min away instead. "
