"Everything was excellent !!"

"Hotel was dirty and smelled like marijuana. We were given a key to a room that already had someone in it and walked in on them. The carpet was not vacuumed in the hallways and was covered in crumbs and dirt. This place did not feel safe nor sanitary. Highly recommend avoiding. "

"I enjoyed my 2 night stay it was quiet even though there was many guest. My room was cleaned decently. The hotel itself is nice but the tvs could be better quality and the refrigerator had to get replaced which was they did fast so I was happy about that. I’d stay here again when visiting Jackson, ms. "

"Area did feel safe. Was disappointed with the cleanness of the room.. saw hair in the bed... floor didn't seem to have been vacuumed. I expected a lil more for a Hilton standard property. But for the price I paid for the night.. it was overall okay!"

"Unfortunately the small fridge did not work properly and we had to throw away all of our food. The TV did not work properly either with no guide on it. My sisters room had all sorts of stains on the carpet along with stains on her towels. I will say the staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly. None of these things were in their control. "

"When I arrived the black out shade in my room was down, completely on the floor. I spoke with 3 different people on 4 different occasions and the issue was never rectified. I enjoy sleeping in when I'm on vacation and was unable to because of this maintenance issue. At the end of my stay there was still no attempt to compensate me for the inconvenience."

"I never eat hotel breakfasts, but it smelled good. The rooms inside condition was wonderful and freshly updated. The halls could use some updating. Needs new carpet and walls and doors painted. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking area is fenced and gated for security which is a plus. Price was good and location to Jackson State was a plus. "

"The view was nice! The young lady that checked us in was very polite and considerate as the house keeper for our floor. I assume this other guy was a manager on duty at our check in he was not friendly at all. I will not let this stop me from staying at the Comfort Inn just never that one."

"Something was biting us in the night (praying it wasn’t a bed bug) and our room reeked of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The staff was super friendly though. "

"Great property, friendly staff, convenient location just off I-20. This is our 4th stay at this property. Recently renovated (as of 05/2026). Property management MUST walk around with a punch list. Not super important to our stay, but the brand new faucet in our room was leaking (poor installation). Took a while to locate our room because the number fell from the wall, the lobby elevator buttons were pushed through the sheetrock, limited parking since the back side of the property was...
