"The hotel looked nice and had good reviews, but upon entering our room, we were very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. The carpet was dirty, the pull out couch was stained and beyond gross. The layout of the room was awesome, it was quite large, but the sofa bed mattress pretty much felt like springs covered in a thin blanket. Those of us that slept on the couch were miserable, but the beds were much more comfortable. Cleanliness is very important and we expected more. The breakfast...

"Air conditioning was good, parking was good, staff was great. Waitresses in café were excellent. The casino...not so good. We use to come to Model T because of the casino but noticed this time that the machines were few and definitely not as good. Our room was ok, didn't shower as the shower did not look clean. The drain looked as tho it hadnt been cleaned in months, was afraid to put my bare feet on shower floor. It's a good possibility that we won't be staying there again."

"I was very happy with my stay here. The people running this establishment were very friendly and obviously put a lot of effort into keeping the property clean and the environment enjoyable. The only issues that I experienced, were the remote for the cable and TV did not communicate properly with the TV. Had to actually get up and walk to it to adjust the volume or the power button. (I knew that I should have brought a child with me. Lol.) And it's an older building and it had limited outlets...

"The room was not entirely clean. The floors were swept and surfaces appeared wiped down, but the whole room smelled of chlorine so badly that I had to leave the windows open for a few hours to clear it out. I paid for two king bed suites on the second floor and I was given two queen bed rooms on the lower floor. There was hair on the bathtub floor and on the bed sheets. Lots of better places to stay in winnemucca. "
