Cari Hotel di Kabupaten Jackson

"Staff was great but hotel is run down. Rooms smell kind of mildewy. The charm you see in the photos and on the website isn’t quite there in real life. Hotel needs updates for sure. AC unit is from the 80s - loud and clunky and will wake you up. Food at the restaurant was also terrible and overpriced (although, again, the folks working there were great)."

"Great property for a quick get away. I was worried about the bathroom situation but everyone understood the use and giving up the bathroom when they were done. The restaurant across the street was awesome and a good value for your money"

"Cortland was very helpful. Good location. Beds good, little bit old property. Would stay again"

"There were only a few things with the room we were disappointed with. One was the bathroom door. It would make too much noise when shutting it tight. Second was the couch. It to made noise when sitting or sleeping on it. And three, may I recommend memory foam mattress please! The beds were too sunk in. Other ten that, great stay. Helpful and friendly staff."

"Clean room Water pressure was low No hair dryer"

"Room and property was clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was good."

"The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and very helpful."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late and super tired, they upgraded us to a double queen. One of us forgot a toothbrush, and the staff member came by the room with a toothbrush and toothpaste. The room was nice sized and well stocked. There were two mints on the table. We received a full list of tv channels and the wifi password without even asking. The beds were super comfortable as was the bedding. There is coffee 24/7 in the lobby which is very nice. I had to leave just before...

"Todo muy limpio !!! Y en lo personal para mi todo estuvo bien !! Lo recomiendo 100/100"

"The rooms were very clean. The one we were in was small, but comfortable enough with a table/2 chairs and another comfy chair. Resort was a short drive to town. Quiet at nighttime, even though we were closest to the main road."

"I want to start by saying that the STAFF IS AMAZING but the owners DO NOT DESERVE THEM. Christine in Housekeeping is amazing and another higher paying hotel should snatch her up. I watch her trying to keep this dilapidated hotel clean. They won't even buy her a new elevator rug...it's stained and dirty but she washes it every day and dries it in the sun. This place is a dump. But the front desk staff tries so hard anyway. The furniture is ghastly, and the mattresses are like 30 years old. ...
