"This property was conveniently located to the R train subway. They do have some parking spaces that are first come first serve served in which I was able to get one. The rooms are a little outdated, and the telephone socket was hanging out of the wall, which was exposing some wires and for possible rodents or critters to get into the room through that hole in the wall. "When arrived the worker said there was no available rooms of what I booked which was a view of bridge. Ended up with floor room with no view and there was bugs left and right flying and crawling. Things looked outdated and was missing funiture piece in there. I’m like wow the pictures online makes this place seem top notch. finally report the bugs and they moved us to a room which we booked in first place. Why put us through that hassle . Also part of the back of building need to be renovated...

"The was no breakfast and the rooms are small for the price you are paying. There was no soap in the shower dispenser. I feel like I was scamed on the trip and wish I can get a refund. Plus, the beds are uncomfortable with uncomfortable pillows"

"The room wasn’t cleaned. When we got into the room there were multiple flies. There was also soap on the shower floor indicating it wasn’t cleaned. There were stains on the sheets as well. Most surfaces in the room had dust and debris on it that which made it clear that they do the bare minimum when preparing a room for the next guest. I tried to get a refund within 10 minutes of checking in but they were only willing to offer us a separate room. I might have accepted that offer if I didn’t...

"Our room was clean, just didn’t have a lot of room but the staff were really nice and gave us the details we needed for our stay. The breakfast wasn’t great and a good amount of it was cold or weird textures. The parking was a little tough and we realized afterwards that there were some marks on my car that were not there when we first got there."
