"I booked two suites - each room was suppose to have its own bedroom and living room. I did this because I have a 17 year old autistic son and an 18 year old daughter and a 72 year old mother. Each person needed their own space. Instead we got two rooms - with only one king size bed. They brought in roller beds. Those roller beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on - I had to sleep on it because the roller bed was small and my son is 6 ft. They overcharged me for parking - woke me up with a call...

"The hotel was nice and family friendly with the beach area but there was no pool. With little ones that prefer the pool to the beach this was a huge disappointment. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good ! I would like more vegan options like vegan yogurt and almond milk, but overall it was a nice stay. I was a little ticked that we had to pay for parking bcuz that should be included in the hotel rate. "

"Friendly staff, there was no parking space and they offered an actual solution and did not charge me for parking (I thought it was weird to charge for parking anyway). They were undergoing renovations, not too bad. Super close to the Aquarium and USS Lexington "

"The building is an older building, definitely doesn’t look like the pictures when picking a room. The room carpet, tubs and accessories are old and look like they haven’t been changed in years. The water was shut off while my wife was showering which only took a few minutes to be turned back on but was still annoyed with it. They also charge a parking fee which might be in the details but I didn’t see it when booking. "

"The pictures in the app are misleading. It’s a runned down property that got a facelift. Our door did not properly close due to the floor being crooked, which was a major safety concern. The room was dirty. Pool was cold, doesn’t seem like the heater was working. But the absolute worst was having to shower with cold water, when I asked about it at the front desk, they told me I could talk to the manager the next morning. "

"The ice machine on our floor, closest to our room was broken and evidently for some time. Pool was nice but a little on cool side for a heated pool. Breakfast, evening drinks and snacks were great. Bartender was great at giving advice on some great hangout places. "

"Kitchen was not fully equipped. Either you had to pay a 19.99 or 39.99 deposit to get the dishes to cook. Also the room we stayed in, had no chair to sit at the table. "

"If you want a cheap small room to stay the night this is it. Very small towels and seemed very dingy and old. Lock key cards never worked while we were there over spring break. "
