"Almost all of the staff I encountered were unfriendly and not helpful. No information was given at check-in as to the hotel amenities or how to access wifi. The hotel had coned off the handdicapped parking spots leaving those with a handicap unable to find a close spot. This was done presumably for access for the heavy equipment to do work on that side of the building. So why were we given a room on that side of the building that was going to be worked on. "It wasn’t horrible but it definitely wasn’t like the picture. It was run down and the door to our hotel room didn’t even lock. We used things to block the door. The knobs in the rr were falling off. The shower was spraying super hard and tile wasn’t even properly installed from the floor to the tub. The shower lining of the tub to the ceiling where it connects, had mold. The beds were comfortable and the food was good. The beds seemed very clean. The building itself is chipped paint and...

"The room was terrible. It was absolutely nothing like what was pictured online. The bathroom was filthy, the room smelled horrible, we drug our luggage up 2 stairways because there are no elevators, stained carpets, knobs missing off drawers, stains on the comforter, mirrors were dirty. In general, the place is nasty - don’t waste your money!! I got my money back and left as fast as I could!!"
