"It is advertised as a Resort and Conference Center but it really feels like a Motel. The place is really not clean and has a kind of a strange smell. Everything is charged. A crib for the baby is 10 Dollar per night. Late checkout again additional fee. Only positive thing is the spectacular few from the room, but it was difficult to enjoy it was really not clean."

"One step above sleeping in your car. I was told I was getting a room with a kingsize bed and got a fullsize bed with a very very old mattress. Room was way in the back by some noisy ongoing motors, outside lights all night and a 2am wake with garbage pick up. Two lights in room did not work. Amenities were very very lacking. Breakfast was inedible to include old boiled eggs and unhealthy bread options. Prices were outrageously priced at almost $300 a night for a $50 room."

"First, I had occasion to contact the property several times before our arrival and the staff could not have been nicer nor more pleasant to talk to and were very happy to accommodate my requests. Upon arrival, again the staff was beyond helpful and pleasant and went above and beyond to promise us coffee earlier than their normal set up time (we were out early fishing). The rooms were very clean and everything worked and even though we were close to the freeway, the traffic noise never bothered...

"The property was fine for what it is. We paid a ridiculous amount for it because we booked during move out week at UO and demand dictated the high price. We did get into the room only after a second try because the first room we were given wasn’t made up. The second room had someone’s half empty wallet by the bed. That didn’t inspire confidence in how well the room gets cleaned. The long list of rules about what is not allowed in the hotel made me wonder what people do in this hotel. I’d stay...

"Updated and clean room. Great breakfast and staff. I was well pleased with my stay. Walking distance to colleges. Eugene does have a homeless problem which is evident at night but hotel parking is well lit."

"My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the temperature was perfect. The staff was accommodating, I was able to check in early and check out 30 mins after check out time. Plus I received cookies just out of the oven. The breakfast choices were limited but very tasty. Thank you for taking good care of me during stay."
