"First, we asked two questions through the Expedia app and did not receive an answer. Second, apparently parking inside the gated community is not available. We were not given a code for the car gate. We waited untill a tenant opened it and followed them in. Then we had confusion because there are three entrys to the building, not one. Another tenant at the first entrance was rude, not helpful and told us to move our car. We found a wonderful tenant walking her dog. She put her car in the...

"My family and I have a great time at this hotel. The breakfast is delicious and maintain high quality. Their chef at the egg station is a great cook. It is the best breakfast we had when we were in Europe. The staff and managers from the hotel and restaurant are very professional and helpful. The team truly reflects the General Manager’s, great characters and leadership. They truly cares about his guest satisfactions. The room is spacious and clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel to...

"You need to be careful booking with this company. The site makes it appear as if all their apartments are on or near the main square but, in fact, that is not the case. Ours was over a mile away. They said we should have looked the address up on Google before we booked it. I think they should put a note to that effect on those apartments which do not warrant all the glowing claims and reviews about their fantastic location."
