"Clean and comfortable"

"The interior courtyard with pool was the nicest part of the property. Although relatively clean the facility was very dated. The beds were comfy though and the sheets clean. I believe you can tell a good deal about a hotel by the attire of the staff. Black band promo tees do not a professional look make and sets the tone for what you can expect here. Even tho they advertised a in room coffee maker you had to ask for one at the front desk. Seems like a lot of trouble to go to for a cheap...

"We got there really late the guy was asleep on the floor in the office. He did wake up and help me which was good because it was so late but when we got to the room there were dead bugs all over the floor."

"The price was right. The HVAC in the room was like sleeping with a vacuum cleaner running all night. But what really irritated me was that we got there early (after 2pm), and the staff made a big deal about trying to find us a room prior to the 3 pm check in time. Total bs. They never found a room but shortly after 3pm, several rooms were miraculously available. This has happened to us at other Comfort Suites hotels. Haven't had a problem at other hotel properties. Look, just tell your customers...

"El desayuno es muy básico (DEMASIADO) , el ascensor estaba dañado, la primera habitación en la que estuvimos el colchón se le hacía un hueco, y los aires en ambas habitaciones sonaban. No tiene gym."

"The score is due to construction only in the breakfast area. There are no waffles. Your standard eggs sausage breads yogurt fruit oatmeal was there. In the feeding area was several fruit flies. The room was clean but the ceiling was dirty/dusty. Ant was in the bathroom near the tub area. Shortage of towels and shower gel conditioner. I was soo disappointed in the Hilton brand."

"Arrived to find comfort inn was bought out by Hyatt place and the venue under active construction. After two nights of active construction, the venue refunded us our stay."
