"I accidentally showed up 40 min early for check in but my room was ready! Staff was great. Housekeeping was short staffed but when I asked for the room to be refreshed with towels etc they were on it. Water pressure excellent. Nice big room, plenty of space. The balcony was nice for relaxing Bed not as comfortable as it could be and drawers in the room would be nice. Over all it was very good and I would stay again!"

"We picked this hotel, specifically for the kids waterpark area. The area is supposed to have heated water, but the heater was broken for our entire week long stay and apparently had been for months. The 2nd and 3rd day of our stay the AC leaked and soaked the carpet along our wall that led to the courtyard. Maintenance had to come in a shop vac it up and set up a fan for a few hours. "The young lady who checked me in was especially nice - polite, friendly and helpful; when we needed extras, she was right on it. Jailyn was outstanding. The handicap accessible room was good; there were nice grab bars in the shower/tub. Full size fridge with ice maker, stove top, microwave, table and chairs in room, good services. Breakfast not included unless you order room service, but otherwise, a very good stay. Choice of restaurants nearby."
