"We had to check in late, after their normal check in hours and they were very accommodating, greeted us with cold water bottles for all 5 of us. A nice touch."

"The front desk lady was friendly. The place is dated. The front lobby smelled like cigarettes. (Ol cigarette smell.) the room, upon walk in. curtains that don’t work well on their tracks, just flung to the sides. The big ol water stained red sofa, unappealing. My bed, had an fingernail and a hair in it. Went to front desk to let the lady know. She was helpful, and put us in another room. Same, curtains spread to the sides. Stained red couch, my shoes crackled on the floor, from sand or dirt....

"Nice room, clean, nice location. Needed to do laundry and nice to have that available."

"The hotel was great. Staff were also exceptional. My issue was with Expedia. I specifically chose the river room with a balcony and even paid more for it. When i checked in my expedia only showed king room, balcony. Nothing indicated it was a river view. My bad for not verifying the confirmation, but I specifically chose a river-view room in the room description, and it showed a river view in the room pics and unfortunately they were all booked by the time we checked in. Disappointing."
