"Below average hotel. Our room door hinges/fra"

"Really nice room, I felt comfortable because everything look cleaned."

"Manager denied me a room and refused to refund my money. Never will I stay here again"

"Clean rooms, good hot breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Would stay here again!"

"Pretty clean but the bedding could use a revamp. Doors go to the outside."

"Upon arrival it was quick and easy at first. Our first room has smoke detector going off and bathroom was not operational. I went back to front desk and was assigned another room. The keys didn’t work to no fault of the staff. The actual keypad was broken. I stayed in that room instead of opting for another room. The staff graciously let me in when I needed in. They were friendly and upbeat the entire time."

"Hotel is older and you can tell but it's clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast did not have a very large selection but everything was cooked well, fresh, and tasted fine and my family had plenty. Ample parking. "Was a very nice stay!"

"Comfortable, clean room close to SFA. Don’t expect fancy but a great value. All staff were helpful and accommodating."

When we went into the bathroom, the towels had brown stains on them that looked like rust or possibly something else. At...

"The room was clean and the beds comfortable, the price reasonable. The staff responded quickly when called to explain how to use the tv, which had to be switched to a different input to use. That being said, there were a few things which made the stay a bit less than satisfactory for my husband and myself. One, the hotel is located close to the highway, and the truck noise all night was considerable. The location is also a bit isolated, so there were no restaurants or fast food nearby. ...

"The property has charm, but because we were traveling with an older relative, the constant uneven transitions between rooms was worrisome. Parking was a hassle in the backyard because the gate was not in good repair and there was no keyless entry for the backdoor. You had to go around the house to the front door to let yourself in, even though you had to park in the back. I also found it tacky that the conversations with the management team consistently centered on additional fees, ie....
