"Nice stay"

"We booked the room for several days for a stay related to medical issues. The pictures of the suite showed a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The actual suite had a mini-fridge and a small microwave for cooking. The room faced the interstate and we had to listen to traffic night and day. Because of medical related matters we spent a great deal of three days in the room. The first day we had to call maintenance to operate the tv. Maintenance informed us of numerous complaints...

"We liked the front desk person who checked us in. He was very good and friendly. The room however had crumbs and French fries on the floor around the love seat and foot of bed. The hair dryer looked as though it had never been wiped down. The music in the dining room and bar was very loud with a poor selection of songs which made for an unpleasant dining experience. Well not stay there again."

"All of the reviews of this property were spot on! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The property is newly renovated and was perfect for an overnight on the road home to Texas. We had a great, spacious room with a view of the snowy mountains in May! Very clean and quiet. Nice, hot coffee for our early morning check out!"

"I wish I had seen this property at a better time-our visit was not good. The only positive was that they did not care about having a dog. The shower water went cold, the linens were dirty and had holes, and the bathroom facilities and room were unclean."

"The staff was exremely welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to offer to bring in our lluggage, to open a door requiring our room card when our hands were full, show us where things were, and to warn us of a snow storm that might impact our travel the next day. The breakfast was good and the bed was fantastic."

"The property was well maintained and very clean. The rooms are average but comfortable. There was ample parking, indoor pool and exercise facility. The cost was on the high side and a free breakfast was not offered. In room coffee pods were not replenished each day."

"The property was clean and very nice. It was generally quiet and no disturbances. Although upon leavi6early in the morning there were no front office personnel and front door locked so unable to get to my vehicle until I went and moved it to the back. Overall I was satisfied with my stay."
