"They double charged me. The employee suggested I call corporate because she said the manager wouldn’t do anything but tell me what I wanted to hear but wouldn’t really do anything. She was 100% right! I was promised conjoining rooms are time I put in reservations. Man I spoke to said he say my reservations and no problem. At check in I was told they don’t even have conjoining rooms. My 13 and 15 yr old had an unsupervised room by them selves due to being lied to. Toilet in one room didn’t...

"The room was a handicap room. Didn't ask for it, but it was nice. Did laundry and 0nly 2 machines were working out of 4. The washer was awful and the dryer looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years. It was an OK stay."

"Tried to give me a room with NO LOCK and had to be let in by staff. Changed rooms after my husband said absolutely not. Hotel under remodel. 1 staff member working"
