"Checked in with a legitimate service animal. Had issues with accommodations being restricted to the ‘pet floor’. I stayed respectful and kept it to just facts on ADA to explain my request. The staff at the desk wasn’t helpful. I got conflicting information from her. She gave me a number to call that rang to her desk. Had to contact corporate to get issue resolved. She had a bad attitude about the whole situation for the time I was there."

Upon check out, I was told they would extend my stay but they told me I would have to make another reservation because my existing reservation was made through a third party. I was honored by them having a Veteran only parking spot."

"Comfortable beds. Clean room. A little unsettling to be in a room with plastic sheeting over the window. Understand they are renovating, but was a little weird. I'm sure it will be better once it's done"
