It was OK for the first day, but I even requested that the trash be taken out and towels to please be replaced for my room to the employee that was cleaning the rooms on our floor and she did not do anything. We were gone for the majority of the day, so there was plenty of time to get in the room."

"I asked for handicap accessible walk-in shower and got excellent room on first floor with easy access from 2 different doors. Room was a BIG suite with kitchenette and full size fridge. Breakfast good. My only complaint was all handicap spots were taken when I arrived making parking a challenge."

"You know when you can just tell like the room was just surface level cleaned? you find pieces of the previous people’s stuff in weird spots, the shower has remnants of god-only-knows what, bugs in the elevator? everything about this hotel was like that. if you squint your eyes and look at things, it looks clean and sanitary. upon a closer look, you can just that it has just the bare minimum cleaning. we found stuff on the floor from a little girl (little make up and hair items) pushed up by the...
