"Quite pricey for what it is but was clean and convient"

"Nice stay at the Hart Hotel in Medina. I was there for a work trip and was amazed by the property and city. The hotel room I stayed in was spacious with simple/ standard amenities. The communication from the hotel was excellent and detailed. Breakfast was not included but per the house book you can order however I didn’t partake."

"Entire house clean and tidy. Towels, shampoo was provided. There was coffee available and several drinks in refrigerator. Inviting and pleasant stay. "

"The room was definitely neglected, bugs that were dead in plain sight and not picked up, room service never cleaned any messes, not to mention they just walk in without knocking, just made the beds and took care of the trash can, not the actual trash that was put aside for them, also found a coke baggy in between the couch cushions of the pullout couch, the power also went out, after talking to the manager about what had happened, he said “well what do you want me to do about it?” So then I had...

"Elevator doesn’t work. Staff is a joke. We found bed bugs on our bed and told front desk and nothing!!"

"Never got to the hotel! The airline had way too many problems with flights and we never even made it to our destination. I’m disappointed with the airlines & hotel SS no refunds have been made."

"I stay here every time I'm in Batavia. Wish the horses were always racing though. Walking distance to great restaurant, Alex's. Great restaurant right in the casino. Bartenders were very friendly in casino and never waited for a drink. Continental breakfast is wonderful. Have your pick of just about anything. Maids were super friendly also. Great place."

"Booked the room and the propery is a mess. The room is disheviled and dirty. Someone had a vehicle completely pulled apart in the parking lot. My wife would not stay there because she was grossed out. Would love a refund because we didnt stay there."

"The common areas and our room were very clean and well maintained. The king bed was very comfortable. The breakfast provided the basics as did the gym. Great place to spend a night while traveling. Clean, comfortable and convenient."

"No milk, yoghutt, fruits and vegetables on breakfast coused my 3* opinion. All meals need to be heat by microvawe. Not clear explanation of 11,55$ fee payment"
