When we arrived a few hours ago to check-in, our hotel said they had received no confirmation from Expedia that i has this or any reservation. I could not get through to Expedia other than virtually but the virtual agent would only send me another confirmation. In the end I had to pay the hotel directly for the night stay and i tried to cancel the reservation with Expedia who I paid in full for the night in advance.
As a result i have had to pay for tonight’s hotel stay twice.
Please refund my payment for tonight’s stay.
