"Friendly staff? What staff? Except for the check-in and checkout we hardly saw any staff… we stayed for 3 nights and we never got our room serviced not even to refill coffee or change the towels. It is really run down and it does not look like it had been updated since it opened. The only plus is location and the rooms are spacious"

"There were dirty stained sheets on our bed we had to ask 3 times for new sheets and the last time I took pictures of the sheets down and was told by the gentleman at the desk that the sheets were clean just stained and would be fine. I informed him that was not acceptable and he told me he could change rooms, then said he only had a single room for my family of 3, then I asked for a refund and he suddenly produced sheets (king size for a queen bed, but we took them and made it work). He told me...

"Clean room. Convenient location. The air conditioner barely worked, I woke up twice sweating and had it turned down as low as it would go. The remote control was not "configured to the tv" so the volume didn't work among other things. The drain stopper in the bathroom was broken so I had to reach under the sink and push the stopper up to let the sink drain. Not a terrible stay but not amazing for the price."

"Staff was extremely helpful as we had a lot of gear to unload and bring to our room. The luggage cart in the lobby when we arrived had flat wheels - they tracked down the missing luggage cart for us and helped us move some of the items."

"I liked it all"

"The design was the main reason I chose this location. I had a very clean room and it was exceptionally quiet, most are not very quiet. The staff was great and I would recommend this property to anyone."

"all of the outlets near the beds were USELESS & DANGEROUS; plug wouldn’t stay in the electrical outlets - would literally FALL out; Chair& ottoman were COVERED in stains- how GROSS!! Why would you even leave that in a room?!?! Whole room had a weird smell to it- should only smell clean! And after taking a shower, the water dripped loudly ALL NIGHT. Overall YUCK"

"Room was nice and clean. My four star rating is because of the room air conditioner. Old rattle trap noisy as can be. Unbearable! Every time it cut on it woke us up. Resulting in less than restful sleep. If this doesn’t bother you it’s a really nice place to stay."

"The property was well maintained. Very helpful when asking questions."

"Won’t ever stay there again, windows haven’t been clean in years"

"Nice place..."

"This property continually canceled my booking for no real reason. They said my card was not going through, but all my other bookings went through on my same card with no problem. I tried to book this house three times and every time Expedia would say I still had the booking so I would go to check in and the property management company would say that they emailed me to let me know the booking was 😡 This was a huge inconvenience and left me with no where to stay twice on my trip. I finally just...

"Nice place "

"This place was filled with small-town charm. From the time we arrived we felt welcomed. I would definitely seek it out again."

"The hotel was closed. I could not even get in the parking lot. I had to make other arrangements at another hotel, which cost me twice as much. I’m not happy with this at all and it doesn’t sound like I’m gonna be getting a refund for quite some time either. "
