"Excellent stay, clean comfortable great staff. Will definitely stay again"

"Staff were of no help whatsoever when I wanted to book a taxi to Syracuse airport. I tried twice and neither staff member was helpful or even interested in trying to help. It cannot be a unique situation that a guest wants to arrange a ride to the airport. I am baffled."

"Ability to raise and lower the shade level was not easy. Apparatus was not very secure."

"I booked incorrectly the first time. Even though I didn’t purchase cancellation insurance, they only charged me for the correct booking. I really appreciated that!"

"Only is the breaskfast need to way to full again because is little space and the food is empty quick"

"We had to leave at 4am due to the BEDBUGS. The worst staff and most filthy room I've every encountered. Paid for 2 nights and lasted 5hrs."

"The property is modest and economical, but it was clean and had the essentials and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"So clean and comfortable. So welcoming and stress free. Love this place when I go salmon fishing."

"Staff was great! Can’t complain there. However for the price I paid I expected more. No toiletries in the bathroom. Not happy at all. The hotel seem to be a shared space with renters. It was weird. The continental breakfast was also not good. Totally disappointed. For a cheaper price I would have been ok but for what I paid i expected more."

"Bar staff was great. Enjoyed meeting the owners and would return ASAp."

"What a gem and kept up beautifully. Everything you need in the room and clean. Debbie was very helpful with late arrival. My second stay."

"Hotel mal propre moisissure dans la salle de bain plinthe de chauffage tout briser et très dangereuse prise électrique non fonctionnelle problème électrique mieux mettre un peux plus $$$ pour la sécurité et avoir une chambre convenable avec sécurité et un bon lit au lieux d’avoir un lit dur comme une planche de bois"

"Everything was great. It was what we expected, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. It is a little overpriced for what it is and where it's located"

"The AC was horrible and kept going off and on during the night. It got hot multiple times."

"Nice clean, warm cabin"

"Great nice area"
