"My family and I have a great time at this hotel. The breakfast is delicious and maintain high quality. Their chef at the egg station is a great cook. It is the best breakfast we had when we were in Europe. The staff and managers from the hotel and restaurant are very professional and helpful. The team truly reflects the General Manager’s, great characters and leadership. They truly cares about his guest satisfactions. The room is spacious and clean. "I did not receive any instructions from this hotel on how to get my key after reception is closed at night and Hotels.com could not tell. Failed to contact hotel when I contacted both and hotel did not reply to my inquiries, only later on after my check in. In general it is a good location, accommodation."

"Pro's:
- Tram stop and bus stop in front of the building, just 15 minutes by tram to the city center.
- Nearby train station, just 2 minutes from there to Zachodnia station and the rest of the world.
- If breakfast is included, it's well worth it.
- The restaurant on the 1st floor (which is also their name) serves good food, is rather pricey.
Cons:
- Because the balkonies are all covered by the same glass wall, it get's VERY noisy outdoors. Conversations from 3 floors down, music from another...

"設備は必要最低限しかありません。たとえばティッシュはありませんし、ドルチェグストのカセットコーヒーは日数分ありませんでした。タオルは洗ってあるので清潔ではありますが、非常に古く、日本人的な感覚では「雑巾かな？」と一瞬思ってしまうほどです。それでも、掃除は一応行き届いていますし、中央駅からは近く、向かいはスーパーマーケットで便利でした。隣はウクライナ料理屋さんで、近所にはかつてのユダヤ人ゲットーの壁の史跡があったりし、それも興味深かったです。治安のいい場所でもあるので、全体としては悪い物件ではなかったと思ってます。"

"Mooie grote schone kamer, alles aanwezig net als thuis. Zoals belooft na 3 dagen kamer schoon gemaakt, bed verschoond, nieuwe handdoeken. Ontbijt in diverse restaurantjes voor ons 2 verschillende ( meer is mogelijk) prima ontbijt 5 of 6 verschillende soorten ontbijt. Als je voor 14.30 arriveert even bellen en je kunt je koffers weg zetten en de stad in gaan. Werkt het zelfde bij vertrek om 11.00.
Prima appartement we zouden daar zo weer naar terug gaan. Metrostation is op 7/10 min.lopen. prima...

"1. 청소가 제대로 되어있지 않았고, 캐비넷 상단에 정체 불명의 약품들이 있었음
2. 세탁기가 고장나서 일주일 동안 손으로 직접 빨래
3. 3주 중 뜨거운물이 이틀간 나오지 않음
4. 위의 내용으로 리셉션을 6번 방문 했고 여러번 이메일과 채팅을 보냈지만 제대로된 답변을 받지못함
