"Overpriced rooms food and drinks on property overpriced and inside the water park was overly hot and had no air movement and was really hard to breath. The water was to warm to enjoy and cool down not a very affordable place for families my room was 415.00 a night and no house keeping unless you requested it. Room was clean but second pull out bed was noisy and uncomfortable."

"The bathrooms are outdated and in need of updating. Tile were broken, shower current was rusted and too short. There was a noise all night that sounded like a bowling ball dropping and rolling. Tried to find where it was coming from unsuccessful. Did not inform anyone as we heard another guest complain of a noise as well. Staff were all nice and professional."

"Rooms were poorly cleaned. There was mold on the wallpaper in bathroom, got a different room, then saw a bed bug crawling across pillow. Entire hotel had bad carpet stains throughout. Pool and hot tub were small and cold. Chose hotel because of the higher rating on Expedia but there is no way it should have had that high of a rating."
