"While the room was clean and well kept, there was an excessive amount of moisture in the room. Maybe the carpets had been cleaned earlier. They didn't seem damp but again, moisture in the room was excessive. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating."

"We came to Fairfield because we thought we would be getting great service. We did not get room service because the maids cannot read English I hung a door hanger out for what I thought was room service. Turns out you have two door hangers one was for towels and room service the other was and. I feel very let down and discouraged by the way I was treated. We have used Fairfield in the past but unless some kind of monetary correction is made I will never use Fairfield again we came down to...

"My family of four had a wonderful stay at this property. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, the beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed having access to the pool during our visit. The complimentary continental breakfast was a great addition and provided everything we needed to start our day. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would definitely stay here again."

"Property wasn't clean (sticky, wet floor in bathroom near tub; dirty mirror; crumbs on the chair in living room). There were no remotes for either TV. No hangers. No drain in bathroom sink. No ice cube trays to make ice. Minimal kitchen supplies. At least the fridge worked. The worst part was waking up to a major police presence in parking lot, with yellow police tape only 2 doors down from me (I was on 1st floor)! No one in office to check with. Just glad to get out of there."

"I was impressed right away with this place. Check-in was easy. The staff was very friendly. And then when I got into my room, it smelled so fresh and good. Probably the first time I ever checked into a hotel room and it didn't have that hotel smell, but the stay was awesome and the pool was awesome and the breakfast was really good. I definitely would stay there again."
