We checked in into 2 rooms on Friday night somewhere between 11 - 12 at night. We asked for some water that time but the front desk person told us that they were out of water bottles. "The staff went above and beyond with every interaction! The room was clean. Bed is comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The rooftop restaurant give spectacular views of the city although we did not try the other two restaurants in the hotel they stay packed so I think it is safe to assume all restaurants in the hotel are wonderful! 10/10 recommend!"

"The staff was great, it’s very convenient to the airport & our room was comfortable, but the place didn’t feel very clean. The lobby area, lobby bathrooms, public hall ways were not well kept. Our bedding was very comfortable & clean, but other areas of the room had stains & just seemed not up to par for a Hilton property.
