"Great location! And very clean."

"Great, clean place which is a huge deal for our family of four. We have no complaints but for the fact that our bathroom door had a sliding door with a large space between so you could hear others doing their business. Aside from that i really felt comfortable here!"

"Great stay because of the history of it and how cool it feels to be there. Its like transporting to the 60’s. A museum and a hotel at the same time. Amazing architecture. Hotel is well kept. Room was not very large but comfortable enough. Room was clean. Not many amenities, no mini bar, not even a complementary bottle of water. Coming into the hotel (following access signs) there is a construction site and a detour which made difficult to get to hotel and we got soaked from rain as the path is...

"I booked three nights but there was no room service at all. But it charged me 35 dollars per night property fee! For what? I called to get some new towels but I did not get it at all. There was no front desk most of time. People can get in the hotel any time. AC panel does not work really well. It marked as 4 star but it was much worse than a normal chain hotel. The good part is the price is kinda cheap in NYC and LIC. Also, the location is convenient, just 8 min walk to Line 7. Tons of...

"Excellent"

"(1) the conditioner bottle was empty for the first two nights of our stay; (2) two of the three pillows didn’t have pillowcase; (3) took several calls (spanning at least 12 hours period) to just get 2 clean bath towels; (4) room decor is poor. It clearly lacks of the basic services as a normal hotel, besides no front desk."

"The facility and the staff were okay. The room was clean and the size was good. However if you are a light sleeper you will have difficulty sleeping here because you can hear a lot of noise from people walking and talking in the hallway plus the noise of the upstairs room guest walking around the room. In addition there was a car blocking the exit of the parking in the morning so it was kind of difficult to get out. However for a one night stay it was manageable and the price was really...

"Worst Hotel Experience Ever! Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The service was awful, the employees were rude and unprofessional, and the amenities were dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the elevators were incredibly slow. The overall lack of cleanliness, customer service, and basic hospitality was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely never stay here again!"

"Very well located, close to the metro (a 5-minute walk). Clean rooms, very friendly staff. A good overall impression."

"Ok for this money"
