Great stay at the Ramada! Our room was ready earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Staff were so welcoming, very accommodating. The moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm welcome and good ambience of the hotel. Our room was very clean; AC was pretty quiet. Breakfast offered a lot of options.

Loved how close this hotel was to the Main St - Flushing train station. So easy to get to the US Open. A fun walk through chinatown area. The towels were super soft, and room clean. The beds were VERY firm, not necessarily comfortable. The biggest negative to staying here was the free breakfast. For $500/night I expected at least fresh fruit, not browned bananas and canned fruit. The pastries were also woefully underwhelming. Overall though - a clean place in a good location for attending the tennis.

So this hotel is in the Queens Chinatown area. It’s not Manhattan, so some degree of level setting is required. That said, it’s a clean, safe option for trips to CitiField or USTA Billie Jean Center. The rooms are on the small side but contain the necessary facilities and were clean. My room looked out over the back of the property, so not much to look at but it was quiet. Breakfast is complimentary and is the usual continental options with some Asian options added in. Adequate. The subway is about 5 minutes walk away and from there you can travel anywhere Reasonable option if you need to stay in Queens

The room was fine. It was clean and mostly quiet. The water/pipes was loud. The water for the shower took about 5 minutes to warm up. However, once warm the shower was nice. The drapes didn’t fit the window due to the AC unit. Not a big deal but kinda odd. The hall to the elevator smelled like smoke. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel provides breakfast, which is amazing cause some places in NY don't open early, plus you have to drive and look for parking. This really helped us with our stay. There is a parking lot across the street for $26 a night but if you willing, you can find street parking. We were lucky to find some. I think it'll be amazing if they do some type of parking vouchers.
