"the rooms need updating, especially the bathrooms. Parking lot could use more light and painted lines so people can park properly. The back door was broken so anybody could walk in and there were people sitting in an SUV directly behind the back door the whole 2 days that I was there. It was creepy. I didn't see any security staff, just a lone female front desk employee"

"Honestly one of the best stays in Renfrew ngl. Slept so well, super quiet and peaceful. Staff were really on top of things, felt like they actually cared. Location was perfect too. Bathroom was spotless and fresh which always matters. Good value for what you get, no complaints hereel except the parking lot could get a repaved"

"Very prompt replies from managers of the property, and the unit was clean, but nothing like what I expected from the online pics. The property is tired, is on the side of the road, not that close to water, and much over priced. The window air conditioner barely works. and is not suitable to support the entire cottage. The cottage, and grounds were also full of pesky ants. I really wanted to like the place because it is in such a beautiful area, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning to...

"Toilet and shower were heavily stained and not sure if sanitary. Bedding was worn and had some stains. One bath towel was thread bare. Mattress was comfortable. Room needs a deep clean, fresh bedding and towels to bring it up to a respectable level. A bit of a funky odor that needs to be rectified. Could easily be a good room with some care and a bit of money spent but will not get repeat customers or recommendations as is."
