STAFF: Very friendly & attentive. With the amount of staff always on site, there is no excuse how dirty everything is. BREAKFAST: Simple, not a lot of options or change. "I was in town for surgery and needed to stay overnight. This place was nothing fancy, as I didn’t need a pool, spa, restaurant ect. What it was, was amazing. Absolutely, spotless, mini kitchen, all appliances (small full size refrigerator/freezer) except dishwasher. Had dish soap and towels. We bought plastic utensils and paper bowls. A/C was great, not noise, beds and pillows were great! The icing on the cake, the staff could not have been nicer. I would most definitely recommend and stay there...

We even called before booking to ensure the bar would be open and accessible and were told yes. 4th rolls around and we start seeing signage stating the rooftop bar was booked by a private party and no guests were welcome up there. "My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience. The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. Inside the room, the thermostat did not work properly. When I tried to adjust the temperature from 70 to 71 degrees, either the air conditioning would turn on full blast or the heater would turn on full blast. "Door was way too heavy and extremely hard to open in both the entering and leaving directions, shower head was poor with not enough pressure, mattress was too thin and would have been better to have layers of cardboard boxes instead. Their breakfast was just a pre-packaged muffin and coffee, unlike their advertised breakfast. On the positive, the fridge and freezer were cold."
