"This is an older property in downtown Louisville that is fully maintained. We loved the location which was centrally located for bourbon hunting. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely stay at this property again."

"The property was clean, and most staff were pleasant and professional. Nesha at check-in was especially welcoming. Several issues affected my stay. The upstairs guest balcony was closed, leaving only a street-level space where I was repeatedly approached by people asking for money and cigarettes. Restaurant operations were inconsistent, and I received conflicting information about opening times and room charges. The most serious issue involved duplicate charges on my card that remain...

"The staff was very friendly upon check in. Unfortunately the odd numbered rooms are facing the interstate and the hotel has done nothing to mitigate the sound from the interstate. In fact it sounded as though we were sleeping with the windows open, which we were not. Also, the room phone Rand multiple times between 4:00 am and 5:30 am."

"Great place to Stay. Everything was as expected . What I hadn't like was the price for parking . is - a shame pay for a place to a stay and then have to pay extra to park . It's not like you are parking on the street, but in their parking lot. I was also disappointed in the breakfast boiled eggs were cold cold (not room temp) and was looking for some bacon or sausage, not chicken patties at that time of the morning. "Had a modern vibe. Very clean, very helpful staff. Wonderful view of downtown. The only issue we thought was the bathroom. The pocket door to the wet room didn't close all the way and looked to be intentional. Also the layout of the shower door made it that you had to reach in to turn the shower on and therefore couldn't turn it on without getting wet somehow. And the towel rack was behind the shower door so you had to step out to get your towel, or leave it on the floor. Minor things but seems...

It is within walking distance to the Louisville Slugger Museum, and the parking garage ($25/night) is conveniently located right next door to the hotel.
