"The room was clean but outside landscaping where the patio was needed some attention. We stayed on a bottom room, and the people above us was pretty loud. Making s’mores with the family was a lot of fun and the events director was amazing. There’s a lot of things that could be offered on the property but it’s all shut down which is a bummer. A bit overpriced for what you get. "

"Breakfast was below average, runny powdered eggs, undercooked oatmeal, burnt biscuits and flavorless gravy. EVERYDAY! Our room had 1 coffee cup for the 2 of us on a 3 night stay, and dirty towels in the cabinet from the previous occupant. "

"Outdoor pool and hot tub were not open as stated would be on their website. Rooms weren't available for almost 2 hours after check-in time. Thin walls"

"Breakfast was good but it should have more variety and change it up so it didn't become the same old same old. We did notice what appeared to us as a vagrant in the parking lot when we returned from a show between the theatre and hotel. That was a turn off."

"It was stated that check-in is at 4:00pm. We arrived at 6:00pm and were told our room was not ready and to check back in an hour. We came back at 7:30pm and were able to check in but when we entered our room it appeared that it had never been cleaned from the previous occupants. We hauled our luggage back down from the 8th floor, were given a new room but then were presented with what appeared to be blood droplets all over the comforter once we pulled it back. "This was our second stay at the Suites at Fall Creek. During our first stay, we had an updated one bedroom condo, which was fabulous. This most recent stay, we had an older one bedroom condo that wasn’t quite as nice, but it was still a really good value. I was missing the updated bathroom this time, but once I figured out how to turn down the pressure on the shower head, it was all good. We enjoyed the pool, playground, and putt putt golf course.
