"Overall we are satisfied staying at the Nugget, the staff are always friendly and our rooms are clean. However, the last two times we’ve stayed the pool is unenjoyable… many children left unattended and PM pool staff are either absent or don’t make visitors follow ANY rules!! "

"The entire lobby smelled like cigarettes and weed. The front desk attendant was dirty and we couldn't understand anything she was saying. Our rooms were horrid. If we hadn't been so absolutely exhausted from driving all day from states away we would have left. There was old food in one of the rooms fridge, dust on everything, blood stains on the shower curtain, mold in both bathrooms and both rooms smelled like cigarettes even tho the property said it was smoke free. "Surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to freeway. Clean room, well maintained "

"No refrigerator or microwave, surprise cash deposit so I had to pay an ATM fee for no good reason. Someone knocking loudly at 5am for 20 minutes next door yelling to open the door. Morning employee told me that my complaints were putting her in a bad mood and I need to leave and never come back. Literally the worst hotel experience that didn't involve roaches I've ever had."
