"Absolutely wonderful stay at IHG in The Villages! Kudos to the entire team. The front desk agent was incredibly kind, and everyone made us feel so welcome and comfortable with my service animal.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet, and laid-back. Breakfast was fresh and the area was spotless—even the wonderful breakfast attendant was mopping and keeping everything immaculate. You can tell this hotel takes cleanliness and hospitality seriously.
