"The property canceled our reservations when we arrived because " the AC isn't working". We were told to contact Expedia for a refund. Now we are being told that Expedia can't give us a refund because they can't contact the property."

"Unfortunately, when I arrived to the property that evening the power was out. Obviously, there wasn’t a back up generator and I was told that I could check in or have my funds returned. Keep in mind the I reserved the room weeks prior."

"The staff was extremely nice bt the cleanliness of the room was horrible we stayed 2 days housekeeping was offered the next day at a decent time bt we respectfully declined"

"This "hotel" is not appropriate for people. Roaches inside the fridge and microwave, clogged bathroom sink, and the smell is terrible. "Manager" changed us 3 times, all the same filth."

"Reception was not staffed, building is in disrepair, airconditioning did not work. Room smelled of insect repellant and outside smelled of natural gas. Much trash in parking lot and on walkways. I wondered about bedbugs BUT bed linens seemed clean."

"Booked 2 queens given a single king... pets were to be 10 got there was told 50 no breakfast no light bulb in lamp ...so much cleaner floor was sticky and tub was slow to drain in a brand new building not well managed 😕 comfort inn up the road 5 out 5 for accommodations and staff...will stay there again plus they has pool 😀 👍"
