"New build and the staff are very friendly"

"We had a good stay. We needed a late check in and the staff was very helpful and accommadating. The room was clean and comfortable. We wanted to be able to make our own breakfast due to eating restrictions so having the kitchen, with the refrigerator and stove allowed us to easily do so. We will stay here again our next time going through Kansas. "

"Front desk person was not friendly and not very helpful. The lady doing the breakfast was doing a great job with what she had to work with. The complimentary breakfast (which really isn't free, the cost is included in the room cost) was disappointing to say the least."

"Place was filthy inside and out. Grounds looked like a junk yard. Very noisy, not much sleep. paid for two nights ahead of time . took the lose of one night and left the next morning .. Not recommended for anyone."

"This motel could use some updating but the price and being able to park right in front of our door was great considering that my husband was recovering from surgery and unable to walk very far. I try to stay in privately owned motels when they are available. If we travel that way again I will try to stay there again."

"Our room was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The A/C was clicked on immediately and cooled efficiently. We were so happy to see the breakfast spread on Sunday morning. There was a large array of choices. The egs were especially fluffy! My husband loved his freshly made waffle. "
