"I was placed in the older property next door, Royal Court. Facility is not well maintained, room is musty, fixtures are old, rug is dirty. Outside carpeting on walkways is moldy and cigarette burned. Stairwells not mopped. Front staff was very nice, but I wouldn't stay here again."

"Service hours (store, restaurant, etc) are very limited. No other options around if you need to buy/eat/drink anything after 9pm. "

"객실도 넓고 깨끗할 뿐 아니라, 매니저들이 모두 친절하고, 제반 서비스가 너무나 좋았습니다. 아침 커피와 함께 제공된 블루베리 머핀 너무나 많있었어요. 물도 공짜로 늘 제공해줘서 너무나 좋았고, 특히 저녁에 로비에 제공해준 사과도 너무나 맛있었어요. 아름다운 코넬 캠퍼스를 여유롭고 편하게 감상할수 있었어요. 다음에 꼭 다시 재방문하고 싶어요."

"Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Ithaca. Unfortunately, the parking garage next to the hotel is under construction so we had to unload and then park a few blocks away. This was time consuming, though the hotel did its best to alleviate the problem. Overall it was s very good stay."

"Hotel was bright and cheery. We stayed there for graduation weekend and there were festive decorations and snacks available as well as a welcome event. The breakfast was plentiful and there was an area to dine outside. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and we loved the kitchenette area. Our original plan was to stay at a more upscale hotel but after experiencing this hotel I would absolutely return."

"Furniture in the room was covered in dust. Dirty, stained towels. Unexplained fire alarm (false positive reportedly) in the middle of the night."
