"The rooms were clean, the staff was super nice, parking was great. It was me, hubby, and our dachshund in one room. My 88 year old mother was in the room next door. We have always picked this hotel when visiting Covington. We have never had any problems."

"The location was near the interstate and restaurants, gas stations. It was in a quiet location. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was typical with a variety of breakfast items and fresh fruit."

"The front office staff was very helpful in getting my room for me when the reservation could not be found. My only request would be to leave the sign lit a little while longer. I was late checking in (close to midnight) and not being familiar with the area, I could not see the place until I was right up on it."

"Pros: Beautiful property, super clean, super easy check in, coffee bar was stocked, street parking was easy and clear. Cons: king bed in suite 4 had a huge middle high spot so we rolled off to each side through the night. The a/c also kept defalting to 75 and we woke up frequently to adjust. It was hot sleeping in the room."
