"There was no hot water for the shower and the room wasn't the most clean and we hot tub did not really get very hot at all"

"The only issue I had was the eating area had crumbs everywhere. Overall clean nice relaxing"

"This was our first time staying at a B&B. We were happy to find the host welcoming and inviting. The Inn is a beautiful home. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Both us had the best night of sleep in the king size bed, the mattress wasn’t too firm or too soft and the pillows were perfect. If you’re looking to book here, do it!"

"Quiet and family friendly. Few rowdy campers but nothing too crazy. Fishing was great! The oldest (7 years old) caught his biggest fish ever, a 20-21 inch bowfin!"

"The property was dirty when we arrived making our stay a little uncomfortable. It was sufficient for what we used it for, but that was only because we were out touring the surrounding area for most of the day and only stayed at the home to sleep. The property has great potential, but we would recommend more effort into cleaning up the inside and yard."

"Upon arrival at the home it presented just as depicted in the pictures!! Stayed with my two children and they LOVED it as much as me. The property felt serene, cozy, and comfortable. Very roomy and warm. Whenever I communicated with owner, she was very responsive. Will definitely be coming back!! Extremely happy with the accommodations. Thank you again for sharing and opening your home with us!! "

"Hey guys, this place has nothing fancy at all to it. It is quite a good price for a comfortable bed if you need to stay in the area !!! :)"

"Ideally located in Sodus Bay. Short walk to Lake Ontario, historical sites, fishing charters, shopping & dining. Well maintained and abundant rooms made stay enjoyable. "
