"Me and my son stayed overnight on 6/13/26 for a baseball tournament. It was a great room at a fantastic price. I couldn’t get my tv to work, and two employees came right away to fix it. One of them made it back to my room from the office to help before I did! It has recently been remodeled and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. Almost everything in the room was brand new! All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Don’t skip over this hotel if you’re looking in Graham."

"Walked in to a kitchen floor full of water, clothes with water in the washer and not enough towels to clean the mess. The refrigerator was old and dirty, hair left in the shower, duct tape holding the bathroom door together. The only reason it gets a star is because the coffee maker was great. "This is an amazing place to stay. Fishing was great. The property and cabins are beautiful and well maintained. Enjoyed the variety of wildlife there. Jim Attrell, the ranch owner was very pleasant and kept us very well informed of what we needed to do prior to our arrival with lots of useful information to enhance our experience.
