"Great place, nice service, very big room, great spa zone and breakfast was so tasty "

"Great location, nice modern room. Four star hotel with European standard. Missing a few basic room amenities for American tourists, like tissues, washcloths, ir a chair in the room."

"Brand new hotel. Very clean. Nice swingu pool and sauna."

"The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. "In a quiet area, surrounded by old villas, a place with a character. The room was clean, well equipped and spacious. Good location, close to hiking trails. We stayed there in May and enjoyed a morning coffee and evening drink on the patio"

"Great location. Near all the attractions. Short walk to the entrance to the Karkonoski Park Narodowy (red trail). "

"Very comfortable hotel with great breakfast."

"Dog friendly and air conditioned rooms. Walking distance to town centre. Swimming pool and sauna included at no extra cost which was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. Buffet style breakfast with lots of local food options to choose from."

"It was our first time at this Palace. Beautiful place with wonderful amenities and great staff. We had a room in a Palce which was very clea, big and very nicely decorated. Food in the restaurants was delicious. The best breakfast we had so far. We used their swimming pool and sauna to relax. Highly recommend."

"Nice and quiet, friendly stuff, great food, excellent location."

"An amazing stay! Brilliant hotel!"

"Nice park"
