"Hotel grounds were beautiful and the location cannot be beat for those looking to explore the old town. Overall the hotel staff were kind and mostly helpful. The one significant issue I had was that our bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and reeked of mold/must. When I asked the hotel staff they mostly dismissed my claim, said it was normal, and claimed all rooms were booked and there was nothing that could be done. The next day the staff clearly had entered the room while we were away and...

"Nigel met us at the top of his road and kicked my husband out of the drivers seat lol — he drove our car perfectly into a tight spot for the downtown area! What a legend haha His wife was there to greet us with drinks and Bosnian delights… they were very kind and helpful. They take a lot of pride in their property. The location was amazing. Steps from everything. AC was great. Lots of space for the 4 of us. We felt very comfortable. So glad we booked this place!!"

"This little guesthouse is located about a 5 minute walk south of the old bridge. It’s in a much quieter area… there’s a beautiful sitting area outside that has a view of the river, and even a small replica of the old bridge in the garden. Everything was clean, the staff was welcoming, and offered help wherever I needed it. Definitely worth the stay, and quite a bit cheaper than most of the properties I could see in the old town. Lovely place."

"The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The property is clean and with a big lobby with plenty of tables to hang around and meditate. The only downside is the room AC when the heat was getting too much, the AC wasn't enough."

"This hotel also serves as a museum of local Bosnian handicrafts and is full of charm. The guest rooms are tucked away in between rooms that showcase the museum’s collections. The staff is exceptionally kind and friendly. The breakfast was fairly standard without cooked to order options. We had a visually anttractive attic room suite that was not ideally suited to older travelers. A lot of the floor space in the bed and bathrooms was unusable because of the steep pitch of the roof. "This hotel was perfect for me and my friends. We enjoyed the swimming pool and spa service and the staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. Our rooms were perfect we had balconies and great views of Mostar. Stari most old bridge and old town were just 5 minutes walking distance. Such an ideal Location for a hotel. Thank you"
