"We stayed in 4 different hotels/locations during our 2 week trip and this was by far the best in terms of location, staff, cleanliness, parking (20 euros per day) but it was worth it. We have decided that we will only stay at Marriot properties from hereon."

"Hotel is located in a very good area, an easy walk into town. The breakfast however was very poor, it almost looked like someone brought in their leftovers. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming. View from room was nice as we had a terrace overlooking the city. Some areas need improvement."

"Our experience at Hollywood Hotel was absolutely appalling. The first room we were given had non-functioning air conditioning, so we had to move rooms. Unfortunately, the second room was hardly any better — the AC was so weak that it was practically useless. Both rooms had strong smells of cigarettes and sewage, which made them extremely unpleasant to stay in. The rooms were also filthy and badly maintained, with a heavily scratched and battered headboard that looked like it hadn’t been...

"An amazing experience and stay. This hotel is one I would recommend heavily to anyone visiting Bosnia. The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the nature around the area was beautiful. We saw wild horses, took a lovely walk and wish we could have stayed longer. It was easy to find and had everything you needed. Additionally it has the halal certification which meant we could eat without caution. We loved our stay here and would love to come back one day!"
