"The Room are very clean, kitchen tidy and we have everything we need. Perfect for my poodle as there's a lovely Victoria park down the front of the hotel. Above all they updated us to 2 bedroom as we only book for 1 bedroom. fast wifi and the staff super were super friendly. I will recommend this to other travellers. Will be back for sure."

"We came in lateish and there was quite a long queue at check in but the hotel quickly put on extra staff and got everybody sorted quickly which was great. Then we went up for dinner on the 9th floor. Great service, great food. Finally collapsed onto a super comfortable bed and slept like a baby. Would thoroughly recommend!"
