"Overall experience was great, highly recommend to other travelers."

"Newly fitted out so everything was spotless and being kept pristine, buffet breakfast was extensive, staff friendly, the bed was so comfortable I fell asleep within seconds. Great location to walk to many places in central Auckland, particularly the casino. I rarely write reviews but thought I’d share about this wee gem."

"Nice, spacious and clean room. We enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Only minor comment is the TV. No option to use YT or Netflix if you do not have screen mirroring compatible device."

"Had a wonderful stay at The Grand by SkyCity! The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. Great location and excellent service. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again."

"Room and breakfast were great. Staff were always pleasant to deal with."

"Presentation always above standard. Room nice and spacious, staff were lovely with no long waits. Parking was easy and access into hotel. Only disappointment was it is not safe to work around at night and enjoy the evening in Auckland City .. too many homeless under the influence."

"Beautiful rooms, helpful staff."
